This license grants the registered user the following rights:
The user may use Il Mago della Roulette software on up to three devices owned by the registered user.
A single license cannot be shared or used simultaneously on multiple devices.
The user may install and distribute free demo copies of Il Mago della Roulette without prior purchase, but selling or transferring the demo version for profit is strictly prohibited.
The user may not transfer, even free of charge, Il Mago della Roulette‘s content, updates, or any new versions.
Upon purchasing one of its products, Il Mago della Roulette grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use. Transferring the software for use with another service, or selling, renting, leasing, distributing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring any rights to Il Mago della Roulette software—in whole or in part—is prohibited, even free of charge.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Il Mago della Roulette or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, owners, or other service providers.
To keep the software updated, automatic or manual updates may be provided at any time without notice.
The authors of Il Mago della Roulette have taken great care in preparing the software and data, but they assume no liability for damages resulting from misuse. Under no circumstances shall they be liable for damages of any kind.
By purchasing, each customer is bound by a confidentiality agreement to prevent the dissemination of Il Mago della Roulette‘s software content.
Il Mago della Roulette is not responsible for damages—direct or indirect—caused by the use of its information and content. Services and products are provided “as is.”
Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the service is not guaranteed, as factors beyond the site’s control may interfere.
